Yes, for most of San Diego County when you call early in the day. Refrigerator and freezer no-cool calls get priority because of the food loss involved. Call 619-871-8511 and we'll tell you the actual window before you commit to anything.

How much does a repair cost?
It depends on the appliance and the failure, so we won't invent a number here. What we will do is diagnose the machine, give you the full parts-and-labor price before starting, and tell you honestly if the repair doesn't make economic sense against replacing the unit.
Do you carry parts on the van?
We stock the parts that cover the most common failures on the platforms we see most often, which is why the majority of repairs finish on the first visit. Less common parts are ordered and we schedule the return visit when they land.
Do you work on appliances still under manufacturer warranty?
If your appliance is inside the factory warranty, call the manufacturer first so the repair is covered at no cost to you. We're an independent service company, so warranty work through the manufacturer isn't something we can bill on your behalf.
